Associate Manager - Product Analytics (Marketing Analytics) | MAF Retail | Digital Analytics


Role Brief

The Associate Manager – Product Analytics is responsible for driving the Product Analytics strategy within Majid Al Futtaim Retail’s digital analytics function with a key focus on Marketing. The role holder leverages advanced analytics to understand customer behavior, identify market trends, and guide strategic product development; playing a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making to optimize digital marketing performance and enhance customer experience.


Marketing Analytics

  • Provide insights on customer behavior, preferences, and segmentation to tailor marketing strategies and messaging for maximum impact.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness and ROI of marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., digital advertising, email marketing, social media) using advanced attribution models and multi-touchpoint analysis techniques.
  • Measure and optimize marketing metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and return on ad spend (ROAS) to drive continuous improvement in campaign performance.
  • Incorporate new findings and recommendations to continuously refine marketing strategies and tactics for maximum effectiveness.


Experimentation & A/B Testing

  • Design and implement A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to measure the impact of product changes.
  • Generate A/B insights, results and drive decisions for new features and programs


Data Tracking, Implementation & Reporting

  • Partner with product and engineering org to implement click stream data for online & omni platforms. Manage app analytics and data platforms like GTM, GA, firebase & Data studio to enable end to data availability. Oversee the collection, processing, and analysis of data related to user behavior, product usage, and customer feedback.
  • Manage integrations with various marketing channels, including Facebook, TikTok, Apple Ads, Snapchat, and Criteo, to ensure seamless data flow and attribution.
  • Create clear and insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to product teams and stakeholders


Minimum Qualifications/education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, is required
  • Master’s Degree in the same field is preferred

Minimum experience

  • 4+ years of experience in, product analytics, and strategy, and any other digital data-related roles
  • 2+ years in a large-scale operating e-commerce business is preferred


Skills

  • Strong understanding of E-commerce and retail business
  • Capable of aligning data initiatives with overall business strategy, enhancing revenue growth, customer experiences, and operational efficiency
  • Proficiency in clickstream analytics tools and tracking like Google Analytics 360, GA4, Adjust, Braze, etc
  • Strong knowledge of advanced analytics techniques and ability to integrate analytics outputs with digital product.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to present insights effectively
