Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative (ISR) at Esquare Consulting located in Gurugram. The ISR will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, account management, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ISR will also provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.


Qualifications

  • Inside Sales and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in lead generation and account management
  • Strong customer satisfaction focus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team, Ready to go the Extra Mile
  • 0.5-1.0 years of Experience in ISR or Lead Gen Role in an IT company
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field is preferred
  • It is a in office position. Candidates must be a resident of Gurgaon.
