As an Assistant Manager Finance, you will actively support all the finance related projects to help the business achieve commercial plans & targets. This role supports the operations/ fleet business and is responsible for managing the entire finance function.


  • Manage and handle all the finance related aspects of the business.
  • Lead and participate as the key finance stakeholder in cross functional teams.
  • Implement and drive the core financial processes and reporting for the business including Annual Operating Plans, Long Term Plans, and Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Identify operational improvements, deep dive on cost structures, and analyze business opportunities/investments.
  • Lead ad hoc financial analysis and root cause investigations through audit business inputs and processes to ensure that strong financial controls remain fit for purpose.
  • Focus on every aspect of the business, drive improvement and use strong business judgment to drive the right long term decisions.
  • Lead payroll of all the employees in the business.


What you'll need:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
  • Previous experience in working with a Manpower organization.
  • Current or previous experience dealing with high volume payroll processing either for blue collar or white collar employees.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong bias for action.
  • Ability to be resourceful and manage multiple priorities
