Position Overview : The GM - Business Development will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding our presence in the dialysis sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business development, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in the dialysis field. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:


Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the dialysis sector, including partnerships, collaborations, and strategic alliances.


Team Lead – Lead the Regional Team of BD.


Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.


Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, physicians, hospitals, and other relevant organizations.


Sales Strategy : Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.


Pipeline Management : Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with prospective clients.


Negotiation and Contracting : Negotiate terms and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.


Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.


Performance Tracking : Monitor and track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of business development strategies.


Compliance : Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all business development activities.


Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field; MBA preferred.

·      Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, preferably in the healthcare industry with a focus on dialysis services.

·      Proven track record of success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.

·      Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape, including knowledge of dialysis market dynamics, trends, and regulatory environment.

·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

·      Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop actionable plans.

·      Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.

·      Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
