About the Role:

The role involves assisting Cvent's Events team in managing logistics for both external (prospects/customers) and internal events hosted by Cvent. As a fast-paced and deadline-oriented position, it demands a highly motivated self-starter with exceptional attention to detail. The ability to rapidly acquire marketing-related skills is crucial for success. Quick learners will benefit from gaining knowledge about Cvent's products, industry, organization, and procedures, ensuring swift progress in this role.


Position Duties:

  • Support in planning and executing 200+ events.
  • In-depth knowledge on virtual/live/hybrid event execution, planning and pre-postproduction.
  • Manage the logistics involved with the execution of event details such as researching and sourcing virtual event production vendors, negotiating contract terms, planning menus, and on-site logistics creativity.
  • Research & create Data base of venues & vendors both. (US Market)
  • Create daily reports for venues and Cvent Sales team to track attendance.
  • Create reports analyzing attendance and cost for seminars and other events.
  • Collect and review invoices and create draft budgets.
  • Coordinate with venues to ensure timely arrangement of logistics for seminars.
  • Support in organizing Cvent’s user conferences. (Like Cvent Connect)
  • Effectively meet deadlines established with the execution of a specific event while working within a matrixed and process heavy organization.
  • Handle logistics for India internal events


Candidate Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of Event production and/or planning experience is required.
  • Must have worked on US OR Europe events.
  • Worked with US/EU stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail, deadline focus and ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong research skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, MS word and power point is required.
  • Hybrid shift
  • Knowledge of Cvent tool is preferred.
