Skills:- SAP SF Employee Central Time Management

JD:

Candidate should have minimum 8-10 years’ experience in SAP including SuccessFactors, must have worked on 2-3 end to end implementations in SF Time Off and Time Sheet and Support projects.

Should have strong exposure on SF Time Off, Time Sheet and Time Tracking

Must have clear understanding of Integrating External Time Tracking Services with SAP SuccessFactors Clock In Clock Out process.

SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Time tracking certification is mandatory.

Strong Functional knowledge of Employee Central, data migration techniques and Business Rules.

Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines and the quality of deliverables meet client expectations.

It is a client facing role. Excellent communication, presentation skills are required and must be a team player.

Expected to work independently on projects, Strong decision-making skills Ability to work under stressful and tight timeline situations.

Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Time off and Time Sheet Solutions in compliance with the Best Practices

Exposure on European and Nordic customers is preferred.

Overall 7 Years and above

Employee Central - 2 and above implementations (preferable but not mandatory)

SuccessFactors Time Off - 2 and above implementations

SuccessFactors Time Sheet - 2 and above implementations

SAP SuccessFactors Time Certification

Required

SuccessFactors Time Tracking

Hands on experience or 1 project experience or POC exposure. Any level of awareness is suitable
