The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, platforms, and strategies, and eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment. As a Social Media Intern, you will collaborate with our marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media accounts, analyze performance metrics, and assist with various social media campaigns. Responsibilities: 1. Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. 2. Create and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram & Linkedin 3. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally. 4. Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to inform content creation and strategy. 5. Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative social media campaigns, contests, and promotions. 6. Use social media management tools to track and analyse key performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates. 7. Generate reports summarising social media insights and performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Requirements: 1. Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 2. Strong understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, & LinkedIn. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
