Roles and Responsibilities: 1- Overseeing the entire process of BGV for all new joiners with adherence to SOP. 2- Establishing and implementing policies and procedures related to background verification processes including change management ensuring compliance with legal requirements and industry standards. 3- Leading the internal as well as Partner team for QC of the BGV reports, Governance, Audit & Compliance, Invoice validation etc. 4- Vendor Management- For service delivery, quality checks, MIS reporting, Process improvement 5- Data Protection and Privacy Compliance Collaboration with HRBP, OB Team & TA Team. 6- Monitoring industry trends and best practices related to background verification and implementing improvements to processes and systems accordingly.
