If you are a people person who loves the rewarding challenge of building a brand, we have a role for you.Roles & Responsibilities• Well-versed in specialized marketing concepts, principles and tactics• Enhance the brands voice and presence through online and offline channels• Brainstorming and developing ideas / strategies for creative marketing campaigns (digital and offline)• Exposure to PR & media relations• Hands-on experience in content development, social media, forums / events / conferences planning• Create, edit, update press releases, speech drafts, video scripts, corporate award nominations and other promotional material such as brochures, flyers, etc.• Communicating and coordinating with the senior leadership team to arrange for thought leadership, interviews or public speaking events• Analyze results of Marketing campaigns or efforts and prepare reports• Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to senior management team• Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams for brand awareness and marketing efforts• Collaborate with media organizations and advertising agencies


Requirements and skills• 8-10 years of experience as a Marketing professional or similar position• At least 4 years' experience as a marketing manager• Experience in project management and execution of Marketing / PR campaigns• Experience in copywriting and editing• Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding• Expertise with social media platforms (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook etc.)• Experience in secondary research• Excellent oral and written communication skills• Superb leadership, communication, and collaboration abilities• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills• Strong time management and organizational abilities• Consistent track record of developing and implementing successful campaigns• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field
