The Job: To manage the entire employee lifecycle and partner with the management to maintain the ethos of the culture at 70 EMG. Educational Qualification: Graduate / MBA in HR Work Experience : 4+ years of experience in Human Resource Management The Job Responsibility: Play the role of a HR business partner with all department heads for all aspects of an employee life cycle ranging from recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management to the Exit Process. Work with the management to help the company achieve its growth plans through hiring and retaining quality resources Manage the recruitment process which would involve Manpower Planning, Formulating Job Descriptions, Shortlisting of Applicants and selection of new hires across all levels within the organization with a quick turnaround time Devise an employee branding plan for 70 EMG and identify the best sources such as social media, specific conferences etc. through which the company should be marketed. Handle employee grievances on a day-to-day level. Responsible for formulating and execution of engagement activities for the year. Handle all HR related documentation – Joining, Confirmation, Appraisal, Exit Letters and Contracts while also overlooking the leave & attendance process. Be a strong support for people management, work allocation, office decorum and overall maintenance of company culture for the Delhi branch of 70 EMG. Working closely with the management and ensuring that all aspects of HR are uniformly streamlined between Mumbai and Delhi.
