Introduction CUSTOM DATA FEEDSOwning the end-to-end process of producing and delivering data to 30+ clients.Managing the Global Custom Data Product tool used to provide bespoke data solutions to clients.Assisting the account management and business development teams with the availability of data and feasibility of deliverables requested by different clients.Supporting and propelling business development by providing sample datasets and indicative pricing.Validating the contracts and expediting contract work by working with the Legal team.Liaising with cross functional teams to resolve client issues.Connecting with the Finance team on a monthly basis to track custom data feeds revenue.SYNDICATIONEnsuring seamless delivery of The EIU’s content (data, reports and metadata) to clients all around the globe.Helping to migrate clients from the current, legacy system to TEG’s CURA platform.Gather, manage, and prioritise client requirements and queries.Communicating with clients to understand pain points and resolve them.Partner with internal engineering and other teams for coordination and planning while working in the Kanban framework.Communicating with all hierarchies to stay on top of progress and status of issues.Documenting important business processes.Help other teams by taking ad-hoc responsibilities.APIHelping the AMs and BDMs onboard clients by providing the necessary documentation and getting on calls, when needed.Setting up accounts for access to our API service.Troubleshooting API-related complaints and problems our clients report.Documenting the resolution to a problem reported on the API page in Confluence.
