Short Description :- Oracle EPM Functional Expert is one of the challenging role in the team and the person working in this team will be responsible for Implementation, supporting, extension of Oracle EPM modules (EPBCS, PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, TRCS) within the organization. Candidate is responsible to provide consultation and strategic recommendations by quickly assessing and remediating complex business scenarios. The person will dive head-first into creating or applying innovative solutions and techniques using the Cloud platform. A person with Finance background having understanding of Airtel’s business landscape will be an added advantage. Job Responsibility :- EPM experience with at least 2 end-to-end projects in Oracle Cloud product of EPM/ Hyperion Planning reports Should have hands-on experience in PBCS and FCCS (Financial Consolidation & Close) Well-versed in Cloud Applications, EPM Suite [ EPBCS, PBCS, FCCS], EPM Automate, SmartViews and FRs reporting. Should be able to develop reports using Financial Reporting studio, SmartView, or custom Web forms Design, develop, test, deploy, and support solutions for business automation on Oracle applications and functionality. Administer/configure ePBCS Oracle EPM modules with a specific focus on Workforce & Capital Planning, as well as Financials Module (Multi - Year Planning). Build and maintain Essbase Outlines, Calculation Scripts, Business Rules, Dimension Builds, Data Loads and Batch Automation Scripts. Optimize Essbase applications to enhance performance for data loads, aggregations and calculations, and data retrievals. Ensure application compliance with policies, procedures, and change control process. Provide primary support in the development, testing, and maintenance of reports and dashboards utilizing ad-hoc queries, Smart View, Financial Reporting reports requested by users, and other tools as required. Understanding of Oracle R12 ERP(GL module) and hands on experience will be added advantage Working knowledge of FPM/Cognos, Hyperion analytic reporting tool will be added advantage Open to learn and drive independently Aplos Program for Oracle EPM Module like FCCS (Financial Consolidation) EPBCS (Planning and Budgeting), EDM (Enterprise Data Mgt) Co-ordinate with Core-Business User and Implementation team for EPM module implementation Should be able to work with cross-functional team with multiple stakeholders to handle Integration with source systems
