Responsibilities
- Ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Responds to customer inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders.
- Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various product
options that are available.
- Document customer problems and inputs in the ticketing system.
- Ensures prompt and proper resolution of customer queries by providing additional information or escalating/engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures.
- Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on customer issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to empathize with and prioritize customer needs.
- Demonstrates interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base.
- Demonstrates ownership to resolve challenging customer issues, escalating when necessary.
Qualifications and skills
- Experienced having a bachelor’s degree in any field
- Min 1-3 years experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
- Added advantage of knowing other languages like Hindi, and Kannada.
- Good comprehension skills
- Good patience when dealing with difficult customers.
- Should possess Interpersonal skills.
