Purpose of the Job: We are looking for a Product Manager (m/f/x) who will be responsible for creating, improving & delivering the ZEISS AI products/services for improving consumer interaction for our customers (healthcare professionals) in the ZEISS refractive (REF) business sector. In this role you will be responsible for collecting customer requirements, translating these into product requirements and in the agile development setting drive the successful implementation. You will be responsible for launching ZEISS REF AI Consumer Interaction products/services and ensuring that the positioning statement is aligned with the overall REF product strategy. Moreover, you will be responsible for collecting market knowledge, understanding trends and consolidating feedback from customer-facing teams. You will closely collaborate with the local cross-functional product team, our global REF Product Management, Marketing, Practice Development Consulting (PDC, in-house customer consulting service) and other colleagues at ZEISS to ensure successful market implementation and release planning. You will be part of a highly agile, digital team, working with shallow hierarchy to ensure the future success of ZEISS REF business. Work Experience: At least 3 years of working experience in the Product Manager role in medical device, healthcare, pharma, digital consumer interaction, AI or related industries, ideally in an international, multi-market setting Experience in implementing and managing CRM systems. Experience in building AI powered products/services is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to drive the product roadmap while working with development, sales, marketing, consulting teams and coordinating internal/external stakeholders to manage expectations and timelines. Business & customer experience acumen with strong understanding of the impact of product decisions on the business outcomes. Proven track record in successful implementation of projects that drive business growth. Demonstrated ability to drive the strategy and results. Excellent understanding of the agile methodologies to drive the continuous improvements. Excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to work independently with great attention to detail. Specific Knowledge: Experience in clinic administration and patient attraction for eligible treatments e.g. cosmetic surgery, etc. Sophisticated knowledge of relevant digital marketing methodologies, as well as agile methodologies. Experience creating & launching products and services in a regulated industry. Excellent organizational skills including multiple stakeholder management. Influencer, achiever, who can prioritize, communicate clearly and understands how to drive the alignment across the organization to deliver outstanding results.
