About the role:

As a member in the CEOs Office, you will be charged with building alignment on operationalising, planning, and executing strategic programs for the CEO. You'll be the thought partner for our CEO; ensuring no meeting will be adjourned without a clear and concise action plan furthering the company's objectives.


You will be an integral part of discussions ensuring that clear objectives emerge from the meetings, and are actioned on, by the relevant stakeholders. Apart from this, you will also be managing key charters which involve being the bridge between the CEO and the functions themselves, ensuring that the CEO’s goals for the function are met within the stipulated time frame. You will also be given the opportunity to work on strategic projects based on business requirements, that may range from setting up a new process, researching new business opportunities or revamping existing business processes.


What You'll Do & Achieve:

  • Oversee cross-functional organization-wide projects or initiatives, bringing together multiple stakeholders to help drive decisions and ensure alignment
  • Plan and facilitate executive meetings, including formulating the topics to cover, building and advising agendas, guiding the discussion, bringing together notes and action items, and following up as appropriate
  • Lead project executions, monitoring project progress, identifying and solving potential issues
  • Identify potential risks and develop risk mitigation plans to minimize project disruptions
  • Identify new management tools to improve planning and execution to drive the company growth
  • Assess internal work processes and communication structure to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement


What are we looking for:

  • Should have worked in Strategy / Management Consulting firms at least for 2 years or worked within the core team of a Startup
  • An activator; action-oriented and driven

  • Skilled diplomat with high levels of professional confidence and business acumen
  • Strong leadership skills with proven ability to influence and garner support for objectives
