Job Title: Head of Sales - Fund Management


Overview : We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead the onboarding of big-ticket clients for our peer-to-peer lending business. 


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fund management and extensive experience handling High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs). Quarterly targets of 15cr and above.


As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by attracting and retaining high-value clients. 


Responsibilities : 


  • Identify and target big ticket clients within the fund management sector. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. 


  • Cultivate relationships with HNIs to understand their investment needs and provide tailored solutions. 


  • Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and excellent customer experience.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize product offerings and enhance customer satisfaction. Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and mitigate risks.


  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales performance, pipeline, and client feedback to senior management.


  • Mentor and support junior sales team members to help them achieve their targets and professional growth.


Requirements : 


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field. MBA or CFA qualification preferred.


  • Proven track record of success in fund management sales, with a focus on onboarding big ticket clients.


  • Extensive experience working with High Net Worth Individuals and understanding their investment preferences.


  • Strong knowledge of peer-to-peer lending or alternative investment products.


  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.


  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive results. 


  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding targets and delivering exceptional customer service.


  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
