As a Facilities Lead, She will be responsible for the overall management and maintenance of our physical facilities.This includes overseeing building operations, managing maintenance schedules, and coordinating with external vendors for repairs and renovations.You'll develop and manage budgets for facility-related expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficiency.Safety and compliance are paramount, so you'll need to ensure that all facility operations meet regulatory requirements and implement appropriate safety protocols.Additionally, you'll supervise a team of facility staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure smooth operations and a clean, safe environment for employees and visitors.Communication skills are essential as you'll serve as the primary point of contact for facility-related issues and collaborate with various departments to address their needs and concerns.Location: On-site –Mumbai, MHIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements.
