Senior Manager - Risk

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• The incumbent shall work with Process Owners to envisage the risks and

identify the controls and help them in assessing those for the

effectiveness.

• Perform risk assessment and recommend mitigation for addressing

threats or issues that may impact organization

• Recommend and implement risk management policies and protocols.
• Assist the process owner in documentation of SOP’s (Standard Operating

Procedure)

• Risk measurement & Risk analytics
• Central risk coordinator for the Risk SPOC’s from all functions
• Engage all Risk SPOC’s to conduct RCSA
• Assist the function to implement the risk management framework for the

company.

• Automate Risk measurement metrics
• Supports department manager regarding all aspects of Operational Risk

Management programs (Loss database, Risk & Control Self-Assessment,

etc.)

• Manage end to end projects on risks as advised by Management.

• Excellent relationship skills with internal stakeholders
• Stakeholder Management
• Reduction in Risk rating in the identified risks
• Feedback score from Risk SPOC’s

PREFERRED CREDENTIALS

5 – 6 years’ experience in any either: Governance / Risk Management / Audit

QUALIFICATIONS

CA/MBA. Risk qualifications preferred.
