Introduction


KPMG is looking to recruit passionate, enthusiastic, customer & team focused Project Manager / Scrum Master for its growing MarTech practice. Our MarTech practice delivers solution on leading platforms such as Adobe, Salesforce, Google and more.


Primary Responsibility


Delivery of Adobe projects and programs


Primary responsibility for the role holder is to successfully deliver Adobe- Marketing Cloud (AEM, Magento etc.) projects for customers. Leading a team of Adobe practitioners, the Adobe practice leader is expected to provide oversight to client engagements and ensuring health of the engagement. The role also entails coaching and mentoring development teams to develop a solution that adopts the best development practices and methodologies, considers users experience, meets the business needs.


Secondary Responsibilities: The candidate will also help in supporting presales and competency development as described below.


Growing the Business


Additional responsibility for the role holder will be to grow our Adobe business by acquiring new customers and mining existing customer for additional business. This role will have a team of Adobe technology experts to help in crafting the customer propositions. A significant part of this responsibility is to present and articulate KPMG’s approach and solution, handle deep functional & technical queries and objections from clients and ultimately win the business.


Building the Practice


Another critical dimension to the role, is to help scale up the competency by attracting, nurturing and grooming talent. This role will be directly responsible for forecasting demand for talent, shortlisting, assessing and hiring the best candidates. The role holder will also play a supporting role in crafting as well as managing a skill building framework that will ensure that the employees are trained and proficient on the latest technologies of Adobe and adjacent solutions.


Driving Innovation and IP


An important component of our GTM will be the innovative solutions and accelerators that we offer to our customers. Hence another KRA for this role is to help in conceptualizing and building new innovative solution accelerators and IP’s that can provide a differentiated proposition to our clients. We are looking to build vertical solutions as well as horizontal function specific accelerators.


Building Self


This role will also provide the candidates a strong platform to build their own personal brand in this space. We encourage active participation in relevant social media, engage in thought leadership activities such as blogs, present sessions at industry or Adobe events, participate and lead Adobe communities online and in their locations.

Desired Leadership Experience


  • years of IT experience across presales, delivery, and practice management. Should be currently in a delivery management role either as a project manager or program manager for Adobe Marketing Cloud projects.
  • people management experience – building and growing teams.
  • in leading client engagement and building relationships at senior levels such as Head of Departments, CXO level personnel.


Desired Technical Experience


  • 10 years of experience in delivery of implementation of enterprise software solutions. Of that at least 5-6 years of experience in delivering complex, high volume, enterprise-wide solution on Adobe Marketing Cloud (AEM, Magento, etc.) as PM.
  • knowledge and expertise across the solution set of Adobe like AEM, Assets, Forms, Magento, Analytics, CDP, Campaign etc.
  • knowledge of Project Management Methodologies including delivering in Agile delivery
  • deliveries of large, complex Adobe programs spanning multiple solutions, integration, and deployments.
  • of IP, Solution accelerators and other innovative solutions on Adobe that’s helped win business or successfully deliver projects.
  • in Project Management methodologies and having run some large projects from inception to go live.
  • understanding of the Agile Methodologies, both Scrum and Kanban, experience in using Jira, confluence etc.
  • done client management, project plans, charters, timelines, budgets, stakeholder management, risks, and escalation management
  • of the implementation cycle for CMS & e-commerce.
  • Hands-on experience on AEM, Magento, CDP etc. will be beneficial.
