Key Responsibilities
ESG @ Vivriti
- Embed ESG practices & sustainability in the organizational culture
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support the implementation of the firm’s commitment to ESG integration in investment process
- Draft narrative content for ESG blogs, ESG sector views, sustainability reports and all other communication for ESG and impact respectively
- Conduct ESG trainings and workshops across all verticals for both VCPL & VAM
- Build a framework to assess & report Scope 3 emissions
- Ensure ESG rating readiness for both VCPL & VAM
- Create guidelines, checklists, procedures to align with the best sustainability practices and Impact framework
- SPOC for GIIN
- Reviewing of all E, S & G policies and updating the same as and when required. Ensuring all revisions are placed before the Board for approval
Portfolio – ESG & Impact
- Conduct ESG due diligence in person on field interacting with the client, evaluating their ESG risks, preparing ESG risk notes and monitoring the portfolio
- Support the Investment team by assessing and managing the ESG risks and opportunities of each portfolio company
- Develop tools and metrics to track, evaluate and monitor the impact measurement across the portfolio
- Ensure that the sustainable Funds are SFDR compliant
- SPOC for all the green finance frameworks – green bonds, sustainability linked bonds, social bonds
- Work on Sustainability / impact ratings for each fund, as required
CSR @ Vivriti
- Identify projects for CSR, ensuring compliance checks and preparing feasibility reports on shortlisted projects
- Allocation of CSR Funds, followed by audit and monitoring report
The ideal candidate would
- Possess 3+ years of relevant experience
- Understanding of debt products, debt markets
- Understanding of ESG Risk and Impact measurement
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel
Preferred Qualifications: CA/CFA/MBA
