US Recruiter

Lennox is a dynamic and innovative HVAC manufacturing company committed to excellence in all aspects of our operations. We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our team. As a Sourcer, your primary focus will be on sourcing qualified candidates and conducting phone interviews for salaried positions at our remote factory locations. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition Partners to ensure a smooth transition of candidates into the recruitment process.

• Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and attract potential candidates, including online sourcing, networking, social media, and referrals.
• Review resumes and pre-screen candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and experience.
• Conduct phone interviews to evaluate candidates' suitability for specific roles and assess their interest in the company.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by effectively communicating with candidates throughout the sourcing and initial screening processes.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to understand the requirements of each role and tailor sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system - iCIMS.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Prior experience in US Recruitment working with IT & Engineering Hiring
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using recruiting tools and platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and applicant tracking systems (preferably iCIMS).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Passion for identifying and engaging with top talent to drive the company's success.
