Job Description: Senior Assistant Vice President – First Line Compliance Lead for AnalyticsJob Responsibilities:Create and keep updated the First Line Compliance FrameworkReview and approve Functional-level Compliance frameworksFoster a culture of compliance awareness and accountability throughout the analytics business.Partner with Other Functional and Enabling Heads such as ISG, Privacy, Second Line for any new technology, regulations etc to be controlled and governedManage critical stakeholders at Global Leadership Committee, Operating Committee, Operating Leads, VPsParticipate in internal / external audit discussionsParticipate in meetings with Second and Third Line ComplianceProvide consolidated reporting to Head of First Line ComplianceReview Open and ageing action plans from AuditsDrive First Line Compliance measurement and effectiveness metrics Create and govern Line Compliance Framework at Function-levelDeliver presentations to Global Leadership Committee/ Operating Committee and Operating LeaderProvide regulatory guidance as may be required in partnership with Legal and Corporate Compliance Teams and create governance processDrive FLC measurement and effectiveness metricsProvide directions to the teamPartner with Learning and Development team for relevant training of the teamDirect team’s goal form and review performance appraisalsRelevant Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.12+ years of experience and proven track record of developing and implementing successful compliance strategies.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to successfully collaborate with and influence internal stakeholders.Ability to apply a risk-based analysis to compliance issues and demonstrate creativity and flexibility in developing solutions that satisfy both business requirements and legal obligations.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesStrong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be articulate and confident to manage senior level conversations.Open to travel (mostly within India) as per requirement.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior management.
