Description:IntroductionThe Fleet Sales Consultant role is a great opportunity to put your sales & negotiation skills to the test in a dynamically growing space. Fleet Operations is going to be one of the key focus areas for Uber India in the next few years, and the said role offers an entry into the domain.Key Result AreasForge partnerships with big-sized fleets in the region- extend the network further to add newer partners to the Uber PlatformProvide constant on-ground feedback to the Operations team, regarding the urgent requirements, concerns or suggestions from the Fleet PartnersManage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our fleet partners, including sustainable economics for both partiesAchieve and consistently exceed Sales (Acquisition) goals, typically on an MoM basisPartner with onboarding teams to ensure a seamless experience for new fleet partnersBuild best practices in liaison with the Bangalore Supply Growth team to ensure constant and effective engagement of fleet partners and the corresponding driver-partnersAct as an ambassador of Uber's mission, brand, and product, through all interactions: physical, email or telephonic, and propagate the Value Proposition we offerKey Performance IndicatorsNumber of Fleet Vehicles added to the PlatformNumber of Fleet Partners added to the existing baseNumber of Trips taken by the newly added Fleet VehiclesNumber of Vehicles completing 100 trips within 28 daysRequirementsSkill Set/Experience RequiredFull working proficiency in English and Hindi (Written and verbal) - Primary cognition of Hindi appreciatedBachelor's Degree with 3-5 experience in a Sales/Business Development Role preferably in the B2B and Automobile spaceExceptional communication/negotiation skills and transactional understanding of the fleet businessOrganisational ability to liaise with multiple internal & external stakeholders with minute attention to detailAbility to learn on the go and to learn through iterative correction, with a zeal to get better every dayA builder's mind, and a passion for Uber, alongside an infectiously positive attitude and drive to winAdditional PointersThe role requires immediate on-ground effort, thus readiness to join within a maximum of one month from the offer rollout would be highly preferredThe role requires regular travel, thus readiness to be constantly on the move is expectedAs mentioned above, the role would be under a Third Party Payroll, and thus would be contractual in natureUsual guidelines with regard to Data Privacy & Security apply similar to all other rolesSalary. commensurate to ExperienceBenefitsCTC: Upto 50 K+Incentive
