Responsibilities:
• Responsible for finding the best training suppliers in the market based on customer’s requirement, using different sourcing tools & techniques like E-sourcing, Market analysis etc
• Negotiate on the proposals from training partners to provide customers with the most competitive pricing in the market
• Creating standard bid summary for training requests from clients across globe
• Manage and document all the customer training requests on the tools used to manage customer relationship
• Provide customers with information on course offerings and products
• Correspond with customer and training partners for all training delivery related communications like dates and venue finalizing, registering the learner to training etc
• German Proficiency level of B2+
• Must be able to comprehend, speak and write in English language
• Must have an outgoing personality and skills in speaking, organizing, listening, leadership, communication and decision making.
• Well organized and customer focused.
• Proficient in Computer (MS Office, SharePoint and CRM tools).
