The Marketing Automation Specialist will play a vital role in developing and executing our automated marketing strategies. This position will design, build, and optimize campaigns across various channels to nurture leads, improve customer engagement, and drive conversions. The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical understanding of marketing automation platforms, combined with data-driven analytical skills and marketing best practices.


Key Responsibilities :


  • Develop and manage marketing automation strategies to support lead generation and conversion goals.
  • Design and implement multi-channel marketing automation campaigns, including email workflows, lead scoring, A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization.
  • Create and optimize email campaigns, lead nurturing programs, and lead scoring models to improve engagement and retention.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions, etc.). Provide regular reports and insights to the marketing team to drive optimization.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to ensure that email templates and landing pages are optimized for conversion.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and content teams to align campaigns with overall strategies, messaging, and goals.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest in marketing automation technology and trends to keep Tutorac at the forefront of digital marketing in the e-learning industry.



Required Qualifications :


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation, preferably within the e-learning or tech industry.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Eloqua, Moengage, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Strong understanding of email marketing operations, technology, testing techniques, and platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in working with CRM systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights (A certification in Data Analytics will be a Plus).
  • Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
