Strategic Operations Coordinator - Founder's Office

Key Responsibilities


Strategic Thinking: Lead and manage strategic projects spanning sales, marketing, branding, operational efficiency, and human capital management. Act as a key representative of the Founder's office, driving initiatives that align with ER's vision and goals.

Project Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Develop project plans, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and monitor progress. Utilize project management tools and methodologies to achieve operational goals and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Brand & PR Management: Develop and execute innovative marketing and branding strategies to enhance ER's market presence and attract new business opportunities. Leverage data analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of marketing campaigns.

Executive Communication: Maintain and build relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders. Create highly engaging and design rich documents to convey strategic ideas and implementation plans. Represent ER at industry events, conferences, and meetings, effectively communicating the company's vision and capabilities.

Market Research and Planning: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in the Industrial AI space. Collaborate with the product development team to inform the product roadmap and ensure ER's offerings meet market demands.

Operational Excellence: Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity across the organization. Work closely with the engineering, product development, and customer support teams to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with exposure to the tech or AI industry. Experience working directly with C-level executives or in a founder's office is highly desirable.

Strong business acumen with a growth mindset. Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.

Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong project management skills are essential.

Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Willingness to take on challenges and adapt to rapidly changing environments.

Handson with tools like Slack, Gsuite, Jira/Asana, Miro, Canva, ChatGPT, Jasper, Google Analytics, Semrush.
