Insidesales Specialist - 85399 Description Roles & Responsibilities : Execute outreach/outbound campaigns (cold calls & emails) and willing to work in USA hours Understanding customers' needs, answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email Research and maintain the database of prospects - Ensuring all leads are well qualified by identifying the correct decision makers Acquire good industry & solution knowledge to overcome objections of prospective customers Routing qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales leads for further development and closure Achieving targets as set out by the business Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information Desired Skills: Excellent oral and written communication with good listening skills Should have USA calling experience In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry Knowledge & experience on selling IT services to verticals like Healthcare, Life science, Insurance, Telco, Media, Hi-Tech, BFS, Manufacturing, Retail, etc. Working experience with CRM and research tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo... Proven experience in opportunity identification & qualification, email drafts creation and pre-call planning.
