V-Soft Consulting Group Inc is seeking a talented and motivated Sr US Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires an experienced professional with a proven track record in business development, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the US market. Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective business development strategies to expand the client base and drive revenue growth in the US market.
  • Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and business plans to senior management.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and act as a trusted advisor to clients, addressing their concerns and requirements.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role in the US market, preferably in the IT staffing industry.
  • BDM/Account Managers who can walk-in with clients, have good relationships and hit the ground running
  • BDM can add any type of client, Tier-1, System Integrator or Direct Client.
  • Strong knowledge of IT services, software solutions, and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Should have good communication skills and be open and confident to pick up the phone and make calls.
  • Should be smart and have good analytical skills.
  • US work experience and understanding of US business culture and market dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
