Job Overview:


As a Talent Acquisition (TA) Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the recruitment function through insightful reports, efficient data management, and adept utilization of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other relevant tools. Your responsibilities will encompass detailed analysis, data handling, and familiarity with various software platforms essential for effective talent acquisition processes. Additionally, proficiency in Google Apps Script, Looker Studio, or Power BI would be advantageous, although not mandatory.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Reports and Analysis:
  • Generate regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness, to aid in strategic decision-making.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of recruitment data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop customized reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights.


  • Data Management:
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of recruitment data by implementing robust data management practices.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring information is current and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
  • Streamline data collection processes to enhance efficiency and facilitate data-driven decision-making.


  • ATS & Other Tools Experience:
  • Utilize ATS functionalities to manage candidate pipelines, track applicant progress, and streamline recruitment workflows.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in navigating and optimizing various recruitment tools and platforms, including but not limited to job boards, resume databases, and assessment tools.
  • Provide training and support to recruiters and hiring managers on ATS usage and best practices.


  • Good to Have:
  • Familiarity with Google Apps Script for automation and customization of recruitment processes.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI to create dynamic and insightful reports.
  • Ability to adapt and learn new technologies and tools quickly to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in talent acquisition operations.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in any data analytics role is an added advantage.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and generate actionable insights.
  • Any Bachelor's degree.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in using ATS platforms and other recruitment software is an added advantage.
  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards process improvement.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.


Working Days: 6 Days a week

Location: NxtWave's Head Office Hyderabad

Timings: 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM

CTC: Opportunity to earn upto 5.4LPA
