Job Description:

  • Must have experience on full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, non-technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
  • Must have worked on MSP/VMS model.
  • Must have experience into domains like IT /Professional/Engineering/Automobile/Utility/ Energy/Aerospace/BFSI Domain
  • Must have experience in dealing W2 only with U.S. Citizens, Green Card Holders, H1B candidates.
  • Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals, and Internet-Based recruiting Tools.
  • Ability to understand the non-technical / technical requirements (IT Business Professional/Engineering/Automobile/Utility/ Energy/Aerospace/BFSI Domain) and submit consultant’s profiles on time.
  • Proven successful sales record in the U.S Staffing industry.
  • Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.
  • Ability to work as a good team player, screening, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • To understand the of IT /Business Professional/Engineering/ Pharma requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
  • Sourcing and screening potential IT/ Business Professional/Engineering/ Pharma from effective usage of Internal Systems /Database, Job Portals, Postings, and Networking within the desired time frame.
  • Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
  • To ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) are met as mutually agreed with operations and other key stakeholders.
  • Regular Interaction/daily meetings with team and business unit heads to discuss requirements, determine focus, sourcing strategies, interview evaluations, offers, hires, future requirements and create a funnel of potential candidates proactively.


Skills:

  • Must have minimum 1-5 years hiring experience into IT /Business Professional/BFSI / Engineering with direct clients only.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.


Education:

Bachelor’s Degree is preferred however combination of education and experience will also be considered.
