Functional Area : Client Servicing (Digital)
Location : Udyog Vihar, Gurugram
Experience : Fresher to 3 months of account management/ client servicing experience in integrated ad agencies, mainstream advertising, new media, marketing, creative, branding, digital marketing agencies, or similar roles within mainline or digital agencies. ( Experience in client servicing from other industries will not be considered for this position )
Duration : 6 months (with potential conversion to Full-Time Employment based on performance)
Stipend : ₹15,000/- per month
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Trainee to join our Account Management team for a duration of 6 months in Gurugram. This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in client servicing within a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Key Accountabilities
- Support the Account Management team in day-to-day client interactions and project management tasks.
- Assist in the development and execution of online marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client objectives.
- Collaborate with internal creative and technical teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights to optimize future strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to contribute fresh ideas and perspectives.
- Assist in administrative tasks and documentation as required.
Professional Skills:
- Bachelor's degree obtained in 2023.
- Strong understanding of online marketing principles and strategies.
- Creative mindset with a passion for advertising and storytelling.
- Prior experience or education in advertising, marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
