The Role: To manage the Promoter program from the brand side and to drive sellouts at all promoter stores.What you’ll do: Manage the promoter program comprehensively, including all operational aspects.Lead the hiring process for key personnel within the promoter program.Drive sellouts through effective coordination with team leads and promoters.Set monthly sales targets in alignment with brand objectives.Develop and implement incentive structures to motivate the team and optimize performance.Employ strategies to minimize attrition and maintain a stable team.Oversee the agency relationship, ensuring compliance and timely payouts.Generate comprehensive sellout reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. What we are looking for: Educational Qualification: Master's degree preferred.Experience: Minimum of 3-4 years in a similar role, preferably within the telecom industry.Demonstrated experience in program management, particularly in sales-driven environments.Proven ability to lead teams and achieve sales targets effectively.Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team management and stakeholder engagement.Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
