Summary: Responsible for updating and creating technical documentation. Gathering and interpreting complex information and communicating it clearly, concisely, and accurately without relying on technical jargon. Works highly independently. Has 3+ years of related experience.


Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.


Authors technical documentation and guides for a variety of web products primarily for internal projects and health plan clients.* Documentation includes, but is not limited to Release Notes, Reference Guides, How-To Guides.


Works with Subject Matter Experts to gain a thorough understanding of features and functionality. *


Answer RFP questions, review/edit answers from other SME’s to ensure the answer is appropriate for the question, manage the compilation of final submission.


Supports processes used by the team, such as TinC Q&A.


Works within Confluence to enhance the usability of the tool.*


Develops online demos, videos, and tutorials as needed.


Maintains a current level of knowledge of the products.

Language Ability:

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret the most complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Ability to write speeches and articles using original or innovative techniques or style. Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.

Math Ability:

Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.



Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.


Computer Skills:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, Jira, Captivate, AirTable, and Snag-lt.


Education/Experience:

Bachelor's degree (B. A. / B. S.) from four-year college or university; and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
