Education: Masters's Degree in Human Resources and Management along with Bachelor in Engineering (preferred) Experience: 2-3 Years, Location: Pune What you’ll get to do: Develop, execute and track the recruiting plans and hiring process Network through industry contacts, social media, and employees Leverage internet search and LinkedIn to connect with potential candidates and screen candidates to ensure their skills and competencies match the job description Manage end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, staffing, scoping, and onboarding candidates for all position Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of the need Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting Provide guidance and support to the new recruits as and when needed What you need to have: Prior experience as a Technical Recruiter Sound technical knowledge to be able to talk to job prospects and understand qualifications Sound knowledge of all HR processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, training, talent management, etc.) Experience in using various job portals like Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc. Experience with resume databases, ATS, and referral programs Excellent communication skills. Should be able to represent the company to the outside world in a clear and crisp way Excellent interpersonal skills
