Responsibilities:
- Analyse current business processes and recommend solutions and improvements using ServiceNow-HRSD
- Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow-HRSD solutions
- Develop and maintain scripts, workflows, and other core objects
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Work with other technical staff to ensure systems are online, secure, and up-to-date
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements
- Develop and maintain documentation related to ServiceNow-HRSD implementations
- Assist in training and mentoring new team members
- Work with the team to ensure successful project delivery
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience working with ServiceNow-HRSD
- Expertise in developing and maintaining scripts, workflows, and core objects
- Knowledge of ServiceNow-HRSD best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
