Working with our awesome team, you’ll be responsible for building the company culture, set up the hiring mechanisms, setting a precedent for setting up a great quality filter for onboarding talent, and setting up a payroll structure. A knack for communicating with people Understanding people & empathetic listening With a fundamental understanding and tangible experience in human psychology, human behaviors The love for adding value to team members’ lives and going out of the way to help. Proven (& reference-able) experience in HR and demonstrated skill set. What your workday would look like? Building & maintaining the company culture, daily reporting structure Screening candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications Handle recruitment and understand the recruitment life cycle Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements Conducting placement drives, and sourcing candidates on campuses. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with employment laws and regulations Maintaining and ensuring great culture in the company Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process.
