Job Description & Responsibilities: In this role, you will work as the lead developer to implement member communication requests. You will collaborate among stakeholders to review & analyse requirements, communicate our strategic vision against the request, and successfully implement requirements timely. You must understand business problems and opportunities in the context of the requirements and recommend solutions. Assist with requirement collection and analysis, identify problem areas, and recommend revising requirements to ensure a successful implementation. Leverage technical skills to provide analysis, reporting, and assistance to management and stakeholders. Leverage communication and relationship skills to manage the technical, client-facing, and product teams and update leadership. Experience Required: Overall 3 - 7 years of experience. Primary Skills: 2+ years SQL skills (Teradata, Oracle, MSSQL), background in BI tools Ability to drive results independently. Strong focus on customer service Strong communication & organizational skills Experience with development methodologies is highly desired. Strong analytic capabilities Additional Skills: Perform thorough requirement interviews with project stakeholders. Consistently deliver project status and time tracking regularly to management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple priorities. Demonstrated ability to priorities and manage workload to meet project deadlines. Ability to handle complex analysis from issue identification to proposal of potential solutions. Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate project deadlines. Content Management Experience on tools such as GMC or Message point. Experience in creative process. Experience in Direct Mail or US Postal. Position Summary: Delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Operations Management job family. Identify ways to streamline operational procedures between or within departments. Manages program and project implementation and contributes to department goals and planning efforts. May assist in business processing, service levels and reporting. Responsible for preparing and reviewing key statements and documents related to business operations / Finance Operations or key accounts. May gather results and prepare reporting for distribution to clients. Ensure that production levels and targets are achieved, and effective processing controls are in place. Completes day-to-day Business Operations / Finance Operations tasks without immediate supervision but has ready access to advice from more experienced team members. Tasks involve a degree of planning and anticipation of needs/issues. Resolve non-routine issues escalated from more junior team members.
