We are looking for a dynamic Team player and result-oriented HR & Recruitment Operations Executive for our Hyderabad office (India) working in night shift from 8 PM to 6 PM.

Job Requirements:


  • Very good salary negotiation and communication skills mandatory
  • Support and work with US-IT recruitment teams on day to day tasks and identify the right candidates, screening/shortlisting them for the client interviews
  • Plan and develop human resource policies, programs and practices, and coordinate human resources activities such as organizational development, talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, career development/training, employee relations, compensation, benefits that support business goals.
  • A good understanding of the H1B Visa Requirements & process; including the general rules, laws, H1B filings and prerequisites.
  • Address immigration issues and respond to competency issues, as necessary.
  • Knowledge of onboarding new contract workers on a W2 or Corp-to-Corp basis.
  • Must be able to self-starter and be a part of building IT & Non IT teams.



Functional Responsibilities:


  • Assist with the recruitment & onboarding process by identifying candidates, conducting background/reference checks, and assisting employees through on-boarding tasks.
  • Plan and facilitate new hire orientation program and on-boarding activities to assure a smooth transition to the organization
  • Coordinating With Different Clients (IT & NON-IT) and Close their Positions Based upon the JD in the Given TAT(Turn Around Time)
  • Screening the Candidates based on JD and Scheduling Their interviews with the Client based on the HR and Senior Management Availability.
  • Coordinating with Management and getting the Feedback of the candidate attended the Interview and updating the same to the Candidate.
  • Conducting Telephone & Personal Interviews in Coordination with Departments
  • Preparing & Updation of MIS Report on daily Basis.
  • Tracking Attendance, Maintaining Leave records, PF Records, Issue Letters, etc



Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Lead the ongoing development of approaches to address the strategic HR needs across multiple business units
  • Be a trusted advisor, thoughtful sounding board and business partner to the division’s senior leaders, functioning as the expert on people and organizational issues
  • Provide proactive leadership and support the company’s executives on matters of people management to further the implementation of company’s strategic business goals including succession planning
  • Set the human resources agenda for the company in coordination with the senior management team
  • Collaborate with the leadership by developing a keen understanding of the business culture, goals and strategies
  • Communicate effectively within the business about new hires,
  • Diagnose, influence, facilitate and implement solutions using a collaborative, consultative approach that results in a positive impact on the culture to enhance and sustain employee engagement
  • Open Enrollment set-up and approvals, Performance Evaluation set-up and approvals and Reporting; systems training to managers and employees
  • Manage corporate wide HR compliance, employee relations guidance to managers and employees.
  • Workforce training program development and delivery: interview training, performance management training.
  • Provide direction and support to the human resources staff in performance of their duties.
  • Proactively seek continual improvement of the efficiency and the effectiveness of HR team services and provide leadership with human resource solutions and information in order to improve business outcomes.
  • Day-to-day management of recruitment operations with recruiter training, performance evaluation, and consistent achievement of performance goals of individuals and teams to include providing ongoing support, coaching and development for recruiters in all areas
  • Manage and strengthen the relationship between the hiring managers and the recruiting team.


This role is a combination of HR & Operations,Recruitment, Finance, Marketing to support Global IT and Software development consulting services and solutions to various International clients .
