As an Inbound Associate, you will play a crucial role in selling our innovative product and driving business growth. This position is open to housewives, fresher, and individuals who are ambitious and seek a fulfilling role in sales. Candidates with 0-3 years of experience in Inside sales are preferred. Responsibilities - • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from our lead database • Introduce and promote the features and benefits of product & solutions • Engage in consultative selling by understanding customer requirements and   offering tailored solutions • Effectively communicate the value proposition of product and address customer   queries • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system • Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets • Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients • Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors to   effectively position the product in the market Requirements Requirements - • Candidates with excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven experience in Inside Sales(0-3 years of experience) • Ability to engage customers and build rapport over the phone • Good negotiation and closing skills to drive sales conversions • Strong problem-solving abilities and objection-handling skills • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a   team • Positive attitude, resilience, and ability to handle rejection professionally.
