Description What You’ll Do Whether you’re onsite or sharing your expertise via the cloud, you’ll deliver top-class support and inspire customer loyalty. As a HCM Functional Consultant, you will: · Minimum 5+ years of Experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Modules · Should have at least 2 Implementation Experience as a Functional Consultant · Must have a strong track record of delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions, including extensive experience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definition and solution design · Should have done to end to end implementation for two or more of the below modules · Fusion Time and Labor · Fusion Comp and Ben · Fusion Payroll Fusion Absences o · Fusion Securities o Fusion Core HR · Fusion Talent Modules o Recruit & Learn · Should have good communication and presentation skills · Must have good understanding of AIM/OUM processes/phases and documentation
