BlueDrop's primary focus areas are Sewage Treatment Plants, Effluent Treatment Plants. We custom design Wastewater Treatment systems for lakes & water bodies.


The systems that BlueDrop designs and implements are advanced in their technology which are reliable, sustainable & economical. These systems work seamlessly for 30+ years life span with less maintenance hassled.


BLUEDROP IS LOOKING FOR DYNAMIC SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVES WHO HAVE 5+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN SELLING WASTEWATER TREATMENT SYSTEMS VIZ., STP/WWTP/ETP.


IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE SOMEONE WHO CAN INDEPENDENTLY WORK IN CREATING OPPORTUNITIES & CLOSE SALES ON SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANTS (STP) & EFFLUENT TREATMENT PLANTS (ETP)


Candidate Profile:


  • Ability to work independently with strong lead generation skills.
  • Excellent industry network where treatment systems would be required
  • Proven history of High conversion rate of leads to business.
  • Commercial acumen in positioning the costs, understanding the margins & competition.
  • Sound technical knowledge of Wastewater treatment systems & related technologies.
  • Good Proposal making and Negotiation skills.
  • Avid traveler


Responsibilities:


  • To come up with thorough Techno-Commercial proposals
  • Network with various business channels viz., senior management of target clients, Channel partners, associates to create & develop markets for the company
  • Provide timely and accurate information to sales on all potential project opportunities, including pricing/margin data, deal milestones, technical requirements, etc.
  • Provide Company's offerings and services to Clients within a quick turn around time.
  • To extract market data and market intelligence and bid proposals with competitive pricing and technical specifications.
  • Address meetings, seminars and/or forums either in person or online through crisp presentations on the technologies, company's offerings etc.,
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, execution partners/contractors and other stakeholders during the preparation of bids.
  • Client follow-up and coordination with technical teams for project delivery.
