Familiarity with Endpoint security, Microsoft Defender, firewall configurations, and URL/domain whitelisting. Troubleshoot patch issues and possess extensive experience in the design and installation. Contribute to new builds/migration and upgrades. Design and implement device security policies. Monitor and analyze device health, performance, and security, taking appropriate actions to address issues. Experience in Microsoft Cloud/Hybrid Cloud Management, onboarding, configuring, and transitioning to the cloud. skills in PowerShell and scripting knowledge of managing BYOD, COD, and Kiosk devices and their restrictions. of device and user-based certificates. technical expertise in the Microsoft Intune management platform. Work experience Candidates working for this position should possess at least 4 - 5 years of work experience as a Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Patch Management, Application Deployment. Candidates must possess ample knowledge and experience in system automation, deployment, and implementation. Deep understanding of the Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 operating systems, including the Windows registry, win32 and x64 application structure. Candidates must possess experience in using Azure AVD, Azure AD, Azure Network, Azure security and Storage and ample experience in configuring and automating the tasks through PowerShell Good to have : Working experience on VMware horizon view Strong hands-on experience on upgradation/migration on VMware and VMware horizon view Creates, manages and deploys Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and associated custom GPO templates for the virtual environment. Follows and enforces organizational IT security policies and processes, including change management processes. Ability to serve as the primary engineer for the client software and hardware environment Strong knowledge of Windows, and Mac operating systems Ability to make recommendations regarding the client architecture, and articulate the value that new products would bring to clients Knowledge of industry standards; available technologies; and security and system best practices Ability to understand and resolve network system issues Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems Strongknowledge of system administration PowerShell CLI script and PowerShell and Batch scripts QUALIFICATIONS The ideal candidate will have: Deep knowledge of the Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 operating system including the Windows registry, win32 and x64 application structure. Technician level skills in the Microsoft Intune management platform. Prior experience administering Windows devices with Intune. Proficiency in packaging and deploying legacy Win32 applications using modern formats like Intune win and MSIX. Experience with VDI environment including Azure virtual desktops.
