As a member of our Center of Excellence (COE) team, you'll play a pivotal role in driving innovation and optimization, supporting GS&P with operational processes. The COE team consists of 3 pillars teams Source to Contract (STC), Procurement and Performance & Analytics (P&A), with each team bringing specialized expertise to enhance efficiency, streamline operations, and maximize value across the sourcing and procurement lifecycle. As a Source to Contract Manager, you will lead the functional team in our India office and collaborate with Source to Contract Managers globally. You are a trusted partner who provides value to Category Management through your team, utilizing your people management skills, conflict resolution, sourcing expertise and industry knowledge. Through your work with other groups, you’ll be recognized as someone who drives for results, builds strong talent, and develops strong relationships across TJX. Provides leadership in the execution of the source to contract process between $3 - $6 billion in non-merchandise goods and services to the TJX Companies on Global basis. Maintains and provides a current understanding of industry sources to contract best practices and technology trends to team members and business partners. Ensure source to contract best practices are implemented and adhered to. Executes implementation plans to deliver projects aligned to Source to Contract 1 - 3-year plan. Supports Source to Contract Business Partner and Process Managers to review global Source to Contract processes. These include but are not limited to; sourcing events, Tactical sourcing, tail management, contracting, and any other applicable processes. Reports on performance indicators specific to regional goals and objectives. Manage a team (onsite) to provide excellent customer support to business partners including training and on-going support to the business. Manages staff (onsite) and develops them for future growth within the department and organization. Provide guidance on performance and associate development. Motivates staff to achieve efficiency and productivity. Conducts performance appraisals, interviews, etc. What you will need: We seek self-motivated colleagues who can demonstrate their talent and experience in people management, Talent Development, Operational Sourcing Practices, Processes Improvement, Audit Compliance and Category Management support. You'll work with our Regional Managers in Canada, Europe and USA to meet objectives and support ongoing efforts towards key business outcomes. You’ll work with our finest business partners to correlate ongoing efforts with key business outcomes. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in Supply Chain Management or Business, Equivalent experience is essential. Minimum 5+ years proven experience in managing an operation team and change management experience. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. Effective conflict resolution experience Strong time management skills Experience managing multiple, cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers in project execution. Strong presentation skills with experience presenting information to executive leaders. Experience in Microsoft 365 Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Competitive Bid Platforms, e-sourcing, procurement optimization/ experience. Preferred Qualifications: Working in an international company and having global process expertise. GEP, Coupa or similar e-sourcing/procurement optimization/P2P experience an asset
