Title: Technology Innovation Leader

Location: Hyderabad


  • Reporting to VP, Enterprise Arch & Digital Solutions
  • 12 People Managers will report to this role.


Job Description (Summary)


The Technology Innovation Leader will be responsible for driving technological advancements and execution, fostering innovation, and ensuring alignment between our centers of excellence and functional areas. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping our technology roadmap, driving digital transformation, and ensuring that our IT function remains at the forefront of innovation.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the technology innovation strategy for the Global Information Center, ensuring alignment with the goals and objectives of both the centers of excellence and functional areas, Inspire, coach as needed to achieve agreed outcomes.
  • Contributes to the development and execution of the enterprise-wide IT strategy and ensures its alignment with the enterprise's business strategy and the delivery of capabilities required to achieve business success.
  • Leads an externally focused, agile-based team with a mindset & culture to make a disproportionate impact, while shaping the healthcare system toward long-term sustainability
  • Create a ‘high performing’ team that provides a stimulating and motivating work environment focused on talent management and customer and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the centers of excellence and functional area leaders to identify technology needs and opportunities for innovation that support their specific objectives.
  • Identify emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices to drive innovation and enhance our global information capabilities, while considering the unique requirements of each domain area.
  • Develop in partnership with the business appropriate digital business strategies included but not limited to, Machine learning and Artificial Intelligence
  • Drive the development and implementation of innovative solutions, ensuring that they meet the specific needs of each functional area while leveraging cutting-edge technologies
  • Ensure alignment between the centers of excellence, Enterprise Architecture, Digital Product and Services leaders and functional areas.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and regulatory changes that may impact our technology landscape, and proactively recommend adjustments to our technology strategy to ensure alignment with the functional areas
  • Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals, providing guidance, support, and fostering their professional growth, while encouraging collaboration and alignment with the centers of excellence and functional areas
  • Provide oversight and governance in the recruiting technology positions in the GIC.


Required Work Experience:

  • 12 + years of experience


Preferred Work Experience:

  • 15 to 20 years of relevant experience in designing and developing scalable, secure digital ecosystems. Ability to hire, lead, mentor and handle a large team of engineers
  • Experience in building cloud solutions with one or more vendors like AWS, Google, or Microsoft.
  • Experience in Agile and Scrum


Knowledge:

  • Experience with AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing and Robotic Process Automation, DevSecOps
  • Able to select (when needed), manage and develop a small team of technical professionals in the area of Automation (AI, RPA, Development).
  • This individual will work with the different functional areas to develop business cases, use cases for automation technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation, etc.) to improve productivity, cycle times and transaction costs. Then he/she will direct the projects to realize the benefits of these technologies.
  • Drives large scale projects with a deep understanding of Agile SDLC, high collaboration, and leadership
  • Must have exposure to work on RFP/RFIs.

Required Education

  • B.E/B.TECH in CS/IT or M. Sc/MCA/M. Tech in IT/CS through full time course from recognized university / Institutions.
  • Preferably from Top Information Technology Universities / Institutions.
