What will you be a part of?

The Consulting team works with drug commercialization teams at top pharma and biotech companies to understand their complex business needs and help them make informed decisions. The team creates strategic narratives for senior management teams of blockbuster drugs by designing and executing custom market research studies, conceiving new data analysis methods, and drawing insights from complex datasets.


What does your day look like as a Senior Manager?

The Sr. Managers are responsible for building deep expertise and strong delivery capability in the India team while leading/co-leading business growth and delivery excellence for a chosen set of accounts working very closely with the US counterparts.

You will play a critical role in

  • a set of focused accounts via co-development and co-pitching with US counterparts for business opportunities and achieving client delight on existing projects and engagements
  • and co-participate in client discussions related to business development, project closures, solution brainstorming, and project delivery
  • a deep understanding of ZoomRx service lines, products and solutions and identify, lead, or collaborate on select 1 or 2 key business innovations for the future
  • process excellence (standardization and automation) for Consultingproject workflows and institutionalize best practices around these for their select accounts and projects
  • onboarding and continuous learning needs of the Consulting team and develop and implement programs that meet those needs
  • people engagement gaps and develop and implement programs that address the gaps

Required Skills/Expertise:

  • should have the ability to see the bigger picture and align cluster-level priorities with the overall strategic goals of the organization.
  • years of work experience in market research, business analytics, or consulting domain
  • knowledge and understanding of the global healthcare industry and pharmaceutical businesses.
  • knowledge and understanding of commercial models and marketing practices at pharmaceutical manufacturers.
  • experience and expertise in handling structured/unstructured data, conducting data analyses, and drawing insights.
  • experience in guiding multiple project teams in delivering best-in-class better quality.
  • in direct client communication and maintaining regular client connections.
  • to identify current and future challenges that Consulting business faces and build programs to resolve them.
  • in implementing organization-level change programs toward increased efficiency, capability building, and collaboration.
  • to seamlessly collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization.

Preferred Skills/Expertise:

  • in additional healthcare market intelligence functions besides primary market research (competitive intelligence; sales analytics; forecasting; etc.).
  • in qualitative market research.
  • in Life Sciences or Healthcare industries.
