Position Summary:To provide advice and guidance at regional/divisional level and effectively manage a team of professionals and/or subject matter experts.Responsibilities may include interfacing with Corporate level management.Relevant experience in analytics/consulting/informatics and statisticsMin. 4 years of people management experience with direct management of min 5 team membersGlobal & Multiple Stakeholder Mgt. experienceMust haves –Skillsets: Data and Business Analytics, Advanced Statistics, Stakeholder Management, Project ManagementTools - Oracle, SQL Server, Teradata, SAS, Python, Tableau/Power BI/SpotfireEducation – MBA/Masters in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline such as mathematics, engineering, operations research, economics & statistics from tier 1 institutesGood to have –Experience in pricing and revenue management, customer segment analytics, rates and pricing managementExposure to predictive analytics, ML/ AI techniques is an added advantage Cloud computing, big data, AzureTransformation of current Pricing process – Carefully studies the current process for gaps in efficiency and effectiveness, and works with cross functional teams and regional teams to enhance and transform the process.Data mining to improve efficiencies: Utilizes the Enterprise Data Warehouse and Marketing / Pricing data marts in Global Pricing domain and digital analytics platforms to improve productivity, efficiency and effectiveness.
