1.Resource should have 6 months to 1 year experience

2.Troubleshooting and fixing laptop Desktop OS/email client printer/scanner/print queue related to L2 level issue.

3.Creating OS Images to reduce the OS deployment time

4.Problem Solving Capability IBM,HP and DELL and other vendors laptop/desktop Hardware

5.Escalation Handling

6.Desktop/Laptop Inventory Management

7.Mentoring FMSs teams unresolved issues

8 Leading the FMS team in absence of team leader.

9 Ability to quickly analyze and diagnose technical problems.

10 Independently generates solutions based on analytical technical skills and business knowledge mentor and other team members

11 Problem determination and resolution within SLA's.
