Role Description This is a full-time on-site Senior Manager Internal Audit role located in Pune. The Senior Manager Internal Audit will be responsible for overseeing and managing the Internal Audit activities of the company. The Senior Manager Internal Audit will also be responsible for developing and implementing Internal Audit policies and procedures and providing guidance and support to the Internal Audit team. Responsibilities shall include: Independently conduct internal audits to assess the adequacy, effectiveness and efficiency of the established internal controls and procedures. Determining internal audit scope and developing annual audit/process control plans. Interacting with statutory auditors and regulators. Report findings and make recommendations for the correction of noted control deficiencies, improvements in operations, and cost reductions. Conduct audit discussions with business management to identify the root cause to obtain sustainable management action plans. Ensuring that transactions are not dealt with in routine but in adherence with the systems and procedures laid down. Adhere to laid down systems, procedures and safeguards Qualifications 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in NBFCs/Banks into Internal Audit or CA Firms handling NBFC and/or banking clients. Chartered Accountant with must have experience in loan process audits/bank audits / concurrent audits. Ability to take ownership of the task assigned and work successfully under minimum supervision Detail-oriented and analytical.
