We are looking for SAP PP / QM Consultant for Multiple Projects across PAN India locations (Hyderabad, Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Delhi, Chennai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Etc.)

Job Role: SAP PP Consultant

Location: PAN India

Notice Period: Immediate to 15Days!

Experience: 3 to 5 years

Relevant Exp: Minimum of 3 Years in SAP PP

• Minimum 3 years of relevant domain experience in manufacturing industry and a minimum of 3 years of SAP PP / QM experience. Well-versed in S4 HANA/ ECC. Having good analytical and communication skills.

• Experience in Implementation and Support Projects. Must possess in-depth knowledge in the below specified areas:

• Master Data - Bill of materials, Work centers/ Resources, Routings/ Recipe, Production versions, Inspection Plan, Master inspection, Characteristics, Catalogues and Code groups.

• Material Requirement Planning - Configuration and Integration with, Procurement, Sales and Distribution, New strategy definition.

• Production Order Execution - Order confirmation, Goods issue, Goods receipt and Back flushing.

• Quality Managemen t - Quality in Procurement, Quality in Production, In process inspection, Calibration and Quality in Sales.

• Should have experience in preparing Functional Specification, co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionalities.

• Integration Expertise with FI/CO, MM, SD, PM and QM modules and experience in Data uploading tools like LSMW, LTMC and LTMOM.

• Mapping the Technical Structure of the company from SAP PP and QM viewpoints.

• Flexible Planning, Sales and Operations planning, Rough-Cut Capacity planning, Material requirement planning, scheduling, manufacturing execution, Long Term Planning along with the concepts of simulation and day to day planning process.
