The Team

Work youll do
Job Description:
SUMMARY
The SOAR L1 and L2 Analyst will be responsible for supporting cybersecurity Automation services including Server deployment and health check, integrating security solutions, playbook creation and finetuning.
The candidate must have hands on experience in any one of the SOAR platforms like Palo Alto XSOAR, Splunk Phantom, IBM Resilient.
REPORTING RELATIONSHIP
Reports to: SOC Manager
PRIMARY FUNCTIONS AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must have UNIX/LINUX system administrating experience
- Must have experience configuring Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response tools and playbooks.
- Shall create and maintain custom content and playbooks.
- Shall troubleshoot client/server issues.
- Must have understanding of incident lifecycle in SOAR
- Must possess strong analytical, problem solving and documentation skills
- Knowledge of python, Javascript and powershell would be an added advantage.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or equivalent discipline
- Professional Certifications will be plus.
